I must say I'm really enjoying my apartment, the rent is very reasonable for this area. When I applied with XLNC I knew I made the best choice. The office lady and the maintenance team are very friendly and helpful.

When I moved in I knew right away that this company was different, and I was right. All my expectations from the beginning has been met. Many things drew me to Greenrbiar when I was apartment hunting. My new apartment is just as it looked when I came to see the model, with the smell of fresh paint. I love it, glossy hardwood floors. I'm very satisfied and I will recommend XLNC to my friends and family.
