This location is so perfect, close to work and access to 96 freeway. It's nice and quiet and building keep very clean. We are very happy and want to give a special thanks to Sha'Leeta in the office for making things work out for us, in the beginning we thought we may miss out on this nice 2 bedroom. But God had other plans for us. Thanks again for having us as residents.

Presidential Plaza is very quiet and gated in complex, I feel very safe here at all times. I also love the fact that there are cameras outside and in the hallways makes me feel real secure. I just want to say thanks for having me.

Living here at Colonial Manor has been a dream; you can't get any closer to convenience than here. The grounds are always maintained well and when it comes to maintenance requests the team is very accomodating and responsive when I have questions or concerns. I really like it here, thanks again.
